The engineers came over the same day - they had to leave as they were sent the incorrect part - told me I’d likely have to wait the weekend to finish the job. They managed to get the correct part, come back between jobs and for the part. Really appreciated the extra effort and attempts to get water back on ASAP. The guys were super friendly as well. We needed to replace our boiler and got a few quotes. MPS got back to us very quickly (by the next day) to arrange an appointment, and their quote was the most competitive. Ansar was really patient in explaining everything and took the time to answer all our questions. On the day of installation, the team were professional and respectful of our home. They made sure to keep everything clean and left the place spotless. The installation itself, including a flue through the roof, was done smoothly and without any issues- it all looked so easy! We’re really pleased with the new boiler, and Ansar again explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Couldn't be happier with the level of service delivered. Needed some overdue plumbing work done and MPS came highly recommended by some family and lived up to it with professional, quality work on the day alongside generally wonderful customer service. From arranging the works much quicker than expected, providing expert recommendation on parts and  services, professionalism when carrying out the job and prompt notifying on overrunning form an earlier job, it was all above and beyond. There's a reason why MPS has all 5* reviews. Starting with the booking process, Ubaid is respectful. They respond quickly and give you a formal written quote and only once you're happy then the job gets booked. This matched the payment at the end. Ansar came on time, in uniform and completed the job of fitting a new toilet and replacing taps around the house. He worked in a clean manner and even cleaned rust and grime, everything was put back in the original place and Ansar explained things carefully. I felt as though Ansar respected my home and for that reason I've already booked them in for a second job with a third in mind. Thank you for undoing the trauma I've had with other plumbers in the area. Edit: Ansar came back and did a second job of installing bidets in our toilets (not the easiest job because our systems are concealed) and once again did a great job. Timely, clean, thorough and explained everything. Thank you.
